Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Long Weekend! Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.

Processing time
We pack and ship orders within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery within Egypt
Orders usually arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your city. Cairo and Giza tend to be on the faster end.

Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, so you'll always see the cost before you pay. Keep an eye out for free shipping promos — we run them often.

International shipping
Shipping outside Egypt? Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Please note that any customs fees, import taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the customer and aren't included in your order total.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within a few days of ordering, just email us at contact@longweekendeg.com and we'll sort it out.

Delays
We do our best to get your order to you on time, but once it's with the courier, delivery is in their hands. We can't be held responsible for carrier delays, customs processing, or anything outside our control — but if something seems off, reach out and we'll help however we can.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll reach out to arrange redelivery (additional shipping may apply).
